If I could give a 0 star it would be a -0. Customer service was so rude they hung up on me cause I asked how much was roadside service and the response was "it's expensive". Then hung up in my face. I tried calling back to see what the problem was and they keep hanging up on me. I hope they lose their business behind this nonsense. Please don't support this business.

This is not a fake review. Whoever the lady is that answers the phone needs some serious customer service training. "We only sell truck tires, buddy" in a very condescending tone before I could even get out that it was for a semi. I started to proceed however; she was getting ruder. I chose to take my business elsewhere. With that kind of customer service, I don't know how they're staying in business. P.S. I hardly ever write negative reviews.
